Both products serve similar use cases, support compliance with key regulations, and integrate with some of the same applications and devices.

If purely SaaS architecture is a strategic priority, then Core Fax is the most enterprise-ready (and has the most pleasant and intuitive UI) in that category. It's also tightly integrated with Teams and Webex.

However, OpenText Fax (RightFax) offers more native connectors plus more integration pathways for legacy desktop applications and native Windows features. Perhaps most importantly, it enables absolute data sovereignty for highly regulated firms.

Finally, Private Fax Cloud® is our fully managed RightFax/OpenText Fax platform. It strikes a balance between the hands-off management of a multi-tenant application and the total control and flexibility of a server-based application.

These trade-offs are not remotely exhaustive, and may evolve slightly as OpenText continues to enhance both applications.
