The 7×24 Premium Support Plan is geared toward end-users who have mission-critical electronic document and faxing delivery applications and cannot accept any downtime. 24×7 Premium Support is a worldwide, comprehensive per-server plan that provides you with 24-hour, seven-days-a-week support on your complete RightFax support solution. It protects your RightFax investment by including upgrades to subsequent software versions as they become available.

Premium RightFax Support Plan

Brooktrout Next-day Replacement

The Advanced Replacement Plan provides customers with a way of maintaining system availability by quickly replacing a faulty fax board. In the event of a board failure, will send a replacement board to the customer via overnight courier with the customer returning the failed board to within 10 days. In most cases, the replacement board will arrive the next business day.

  • Minimize downtime in the event of a fax board failure. Replacement fax boards are available in one-to-two business days, without the cost of stocking on-site spares
  • One-, two- or three-year warranties available
  • Worldwide availability

Dialogic Next Day Replacement
The Dialogic Next Day Replacement plan facilitates quick maintenance of system availability by prompt replacement of a defective Dialogic fax board. In the event of a Dialogic board failure, Paperless Productivity will provide a replacement to the customer via overnight courier with the customer returning the failed board to within 10 days. In most cases, the replacement board will arrive the next business day.
