Brooktrout & Dialogic Next-Day Replacement: Minimize Downtime

Our next-day replacements plans get you up and running ASAP in the event of a fax board failure.

If you experience a board failure, then we send a replacement board via overnight courier, and you return the faulty board within 10 days. In most cases, the replacement board arrives one business day after contacting us.
